Cold-pressed by our friend Manuel Sala in his own mill at the heart of Benejuzar. The olives are pressed only 15 miles south of where Dan’s Grandfather is buried in Abanilla. Our extra virgin olive oil is a blend of Arbequina and Picual olives, harvested in November and cold-pressed to retain their grassy fresh aroma, rich flavour, and health benefits.

Each ceramic bottle is individually hand-glazed by a small artisanal producer in the Andalusia region, making each one unique. The bottle includes a good quality hanging pourer for a smooth and accurate drizzle, and a much easier refill of this beautiful bottle! A stunning addition to your kitchen, or ideal as a gift.
